Artwork is best in a vectored format for screen printing. Sublimation artwork is more forgiving and can be in raster format. See below for explanation on each. When we say vector, we are meaning a true SVG, Adobe Illustrator, layered PDF, EPS, or CDR (Corel Draw specific) format. We do not mean a jpg or png picture that has been loaded into one of the softwares that creates these formats then saved. This does not create the actual vector. A vector is the shape being drawn as a dot shape layering on top of each other to create an overall picture. Files submitted in raster (most common are photoshop PSD, JPG, PNG) will be recreated if necessary to a vectored image for best quality and an artwork fee will be assessed. See Customer contract for art specific fees.
When submitting artwork, if Raster file, please make them as high resolution as possible with 150-300 dpi and their native size to print. Please do not provide 1″ x 1″ graphic at 32 dpi as this will not scale and needs recreated. When in doubt, please email l the file and ask. We can advise from there on how best to proceed. If your file is too big to email, we accept files via dropbox, google drive, icloud drive, or any other cloud based drive.
