The nature of screen printing is that we make a stencil. Unlike vinyl where we can change each individual instance, a stencil on screen is the same for every single print. It makes it efficient for long runs but not for small changes in artwork on the fly. In these instances, we do need to make new artwork and a new screen which is an additional charge. For smaller one offs, we might suggest vinyl instead to keep costs down from screen fees if there are a lot of changes.
